Freshii Store in the vibrant Park Lawn area of Etobicoke is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

-          Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.

-          Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of performance.

-          Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-          Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.

-          Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

-          Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

-          Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

-          Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.

-          Food safety certificate is asset (e.g., Food Handler Certification).

-          Strong leadership and communication skills.

-          Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

-          Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

-          Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
