Job Description

We are looking for a full time permanent position in our restaurant located in Langley BC.

Position: First cook

High school, good knowledge of english and at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Duties:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

We offer 20$ to 22$ hourly depends the position, plus gratuities.
