Job Title: Cook (NOC: 63200)

Employer: Le Patrimoine

Location: 115, Trout River, St-Jacques, NB E7B 1Y8

Wage: $16/hour for 40 hours a week

Vacancy:  2 vacancies

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English or French

Education

·       Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• At least 1 year to less than 2 years

Duties:

·      Prepare and cook high quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standard and menu.

·      Ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet portioning and plating standards.

·      Follow recipes accurately, maintaining consistency and presentation.

·      Maintains established food rotations in storage, to minimize spoilage and waste

·      Assist in training junior kitchen staff when needed.

·      Performs other related duties as assigned.
