Job Description

Duties:

·        Delegate tasks to workers who prepare and serve food;

·        Supervise the activities of Counter staff;

·        Establish work schedules;

·        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;

·        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;

·        Prepare and submit reports;

·        Ensure food service and quality control;

·        Hire & Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;

·        Coach employees about how to improve their work habits;

·        Ensure that employees follow all safety and health codes;

·        Handle complaints from customers when they arise.

 

Education:                                 High School

Experience:                               2+ years

Terms of employment:             Full-time, Permanent

Wages:                                     $19/ hr for 30 hours/week
