We are seeking a caring and responsible caregiver to provide high-quality care for our child. The successful candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment that supports the children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Supervise and care for the child.
Plan and organize educational and recreational activities suitable for preschool-aged children
Support the development of social skills, problem-solving, and creativity through guided activities
Prepare meals and snacks, and ensure the child follows health and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and daily activities
Follow the policies and procedures of the childcare program
Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent is an asset
Current First Aid and CPR certification required
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to safety
Indoor childcare environment
May include outdoor playtime in all weather conditions
Regular lifting of children, toys, and supplies may be required
Adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
