• Supervise and coordinate farm workers and harvest laborers
• Enforce safety and biosecurity standards
• Maintain production quality and records
• Oversee crop growth and related operations
• Keep logs and work documentation
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties

• Harvesters
• Seed drills
