Job Description

Sharp Roofer Ltd. is seeking dependable Roofer Helpers to support roofing crews on residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the roofing trade.

Job Duties

• Assist roofers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
• Load, unload, and transport roofing materials
• Remove old roofing materials and debris
• Clean and prepare surfaces for roofing work
• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
• Hold and secure materials during installation
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Employment Requirements

• Secondary education is required 
• Experience in construction is an asset, but not required
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work at heights
• Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials
• Reliable and punctual

Work Conditions

• Physically demanding
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Fast-paced environment
