Specific Skills:
• Supervise, and coordinate the activities of food servers.
• Estimate and order ingredients and other kitchen supplies needed.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for servers.
• Maintain records of stock, sales and possible food wastage.
• Supervise food order summaries according to customer’s order.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• May train new hires as food servers
• Ensure proper sanitation and food safety standards is followed.
• May determine related food and labour expense.
• Handle customer complaints and de-escalate.
• Resolve customer complaints according to the company policy.
Completion of secondary school education may be required
