Ian Roofing Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking Roofer/Shingler to join our team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will install, repair, and replace roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings.


Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, or replace asphalt shingles and other roofing materials

  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces

  • Install underlayment and waterproofing materials

  • Measure and cut roofing materials to fit

  • Inspect roofs for damage and leaks

  • Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment

  • Work at heights and in various weather conditions


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a roofer or shingler is an asset

  • Ability to work at heights

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

  • Knowledge of roofing tools and safety practices

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team

  • Basic English communication skills
